I am originally from New Jersey, but not the part of New Jersey you're thinking of. South Jersey has gorgeous coastlines, fertile farmland, and unique urban centers, plus the haunting grounds of the Jersey Devil - the Pine Barrens. At the time, I was quick to move West for college. Jokes on me - I fell in love with Washington State and have lived here since I was 18 (with the exception of a year studying abroad in Florence in Italy's Tuscany region).
I obtained my BA in History, with minors in Sociology and Italian Studies, from Gonzaga University in 2006. While attending Gonzaga University, I was a member of the nationally ranked Mock Trial Team. It was at Gonzaga that I decided to pursue the law, but I wasn't always drawn to Bankruptcy and Debtor-Creditor Law. After graduating from Seattle University School of Law in 2009, my own financial struggles made me want to learn more about my own finances and debt relief options. With the tools I learned, I was able to get out of debt. You can too.
After nearly 12 years under the mentorship of Larry B. Feinstein of Vortman & Feinstein as a staff attorney, Scordato Law, PLLC was launched in 2023. I love working with individuals and small small businesses in the Greater Seattle Area. My practice is built on the principle that debt does not define a person or a business. There is a way forward. There is always a solution.
